Spin prop by hand and ensure correct prop clearance. 4. Insert cone onto fan housing orifice. • Align predrilled holes in cone with predrilled holes in housing and secure. • Slotted holes are provided in the cone for easier installation. • Assemble as shown below with the flat head bolts, lock nuts, and fender washers. • ! FLAT HEAD BOLTS SHOULD BE INSTALLED FLUSH IN HOUSING WITH LOCK NUTS AND WASHER ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE CONE!
