Newton Grove, NC USA March 2022 18 Evaporative Cooling System Spray Bar Assembly Instructions ENSURE SUPPLIED TEFLON TAPE IS USED ANYWHERE A THREADED CONNECTION OCCURS SPRAY BAR PLUMBING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Begin plumbing assembly by placing Spray Bars on Spray Bar Supports for the length of the system. 2. Align Spray Bar so holes are oriented as shown below in Figure 18. Figure 18 3. Using self tapping screws (60926), fasten spray pipe together to eliminate separation and rotation. 4. On the ends of the spray line install a dog leg assembly as shown below in Figure 19.
