Hog Slat Inc. Newton Grove, NC USA AUG 2025 REV A2 25 Ventilation System used and has a fault, controller will illuminate ALARM icon on IDLE and MAIN pages. Controller will operate Stage 1 fan at minimum speed % setting. During ZONE heating, probes 1 and 2 are Zone 1; probes 3 and 4 are Zone 2. The two probes in each zone are averaged, however if either zone were to lose both probes, the controller will indicate ALARM and controller will operate Stage 1 fan at minimum speed % setting.. Heaters will turn off. 21A: SELECT ACTIVE PROBES: Press icon of probe number to be used. Icon will turn green when selected. 21B: TEMPERATURE PROBE ADJUSTEMENT OFFSET: Provides adjustment to the display temperature value. Use for fine tuning only. Offset can be increased or decreased by 0.1 degrees to a maximum of +/-5 degrees. Default is “0” and should only be changed if displayed temperature does not match measured temperature using an external device. When making adjustments, the displayed temperature will update slowly as the data that is displayed is averaged over a period of time for reading stability. Offset adjustment is for minor variations in probes and not intended to correct the reading of a faulty probe. ================================================================== 22. CURVES: The temperature SET POINT comes from one of two locations. One location is the manually adjusted value on the MAIN screen or IDLE screen, the second is from a temperature curve which defines the set point based on a day number. The temperature curve is defined by 6 data entries. Each define the day number, temperature and minimum speed ventilation. Temperature set point will decrease proportionally every hour between the set points automatically when the temperature curve is 21A 21B
