Incorrect motor curve can cause fan to surge up and down in speed. Stage(s) 2, 3 or Heater 1 not operating Stage fuse blown Check 15A fuse for the affected stage (reference item #18) Wired incorrectly Confirm correct wiring per wiring diagram Heater 2 stages not working Heater 2 not selected. Go to Heat page and select the number of heaters and if cascaded or zones modes Heaters connected to wrong output Dedicated Heat 1 output. Stage 3 can be Heater 2 if selected. Refer to HEAT page for directions on assignment Stage fuse blown Check 15A fuse for the affected stage (reference item #18) Mist stage not working Stage fuse blown Check 15A fuse for the affected stage (reference item #18) Controller in Alarm Status One of several possible conditions has triggered Alarm Status Go to ALARM page to see Probe #1 failure or in the case of 2 zones, a loss of both probes in a zone High Alarm, temperature over Set-point + Alarm High Offset Low Alarm, Temperature under set-point - Alarm low Offset System error or unresponsive Power surge, flicker or other event may cause controller to produce an error. Disconnect the power for 10 seconds and restart controller. No setting will be lost. Stage indicator ON but no output or output is significantly delayed. Voltage selector is not set for correct supply voltage Disconnect the power and open controller cover. Find RED selector switch on bottom board located in the upper right hand corner. Verify switch is set to correct incoming voltage. Typically issue is incoming supply is 120V and selector switch is set for 240V. Controller will appear to be working but outputs will either not work or have delayed reaction.
