Using 2 people lift the cone and butterfly assembly and slide onto housing. Align then pull down cone supports then secure with washer and serrated flange nuts. Repeat for all 4 corners. 14. Insert end of supplied stainless steel cable through hole at the 12 o’clock position, secure end above cone with supplied cable clamp. 15. Insert grill guard into the cone and secure top connection with serrated bolt, nuts, and washers with the washer and bolt on the exterior of the housing. 16. Pull stainless steel cable until tight and having it exit at the 6 o’clock position of the cone. 17. Loosely secure bottom bolt, nut, and washer. Wrap stainless steel cable around bolt twice and tighten to secure. Cable should be tight but should not be applying force to the assembly. 18. Secure remaining fasteners to finish grill guard installation.
