Thread the HS719 5/16-20 nut onto the HS804 Eyebolt and thread the eyebolt completely into the lid assembly using the HS719 as a jam nut. 2. Place lid assembly over peak ring and loosely secure with the 607065 3/8” x 3.5” Carriage bolt and 60682 Lock nut (tighten the band together by hand so the lid will rotate freely). You will tighten at step 9. 3. Slide the spring onto the Pivot Bushing and snap the loop over the 3/8 pivot rod. 4. Using pliers grip the outer end of the spring and rotate around until the end of the spring end rod is aligned with the bushing slot. Slide the spring end rod completely into the slot. 5.
