A high service factor 1-1/2" hp. motor powers the AirStorm 54" fan. The high S.F. rating provides protection from motor failures caused by varying rural electrical voltage. Why is Service Factor important? See more... Stainless steel motor mounts and hardware provide superior corrosion resistance.	Self-adjusting belt tensioner automatically maintains correct belt tightness. Link style belt improves performance and reduces replacement costs. One-inch shaft with permanently lubricated ball bearings preventing damage from dust contamination. Motor-matched, stainless steel props outlast plastic or aluminum.

White PVC shutters feature full length, spring steel rods -- instead of plastic pins in the ends -- which lock into a heavy PVC frame with reinforced corners. True airfoil shutter vanes reduce air drag. *This shutter is included with the fan	Shown with the poly discharge cone that is REQUIRED for safe operation. Discharge cone must be purchased separately here. Resin transfer fiberglass housings molded with UV stabilizers to last in the harshest environmental conditions.
