Laser pointer mounts in the V-groove of the idler/tensioner pulley. Place the target in the V-groove of the prop or motor pulley and adjust them on the shaft until the red dot falls on the target's yellow indicator. Designed to be used in A-belt pulley systems.

Recommended distance between laser and target is 3' or less. Margin of error at 3' distance is +/- 0.02".

Great tool for pulley alignment

I used this for a add on A/C system and had to mix and match pulleys and this was a big help.

Laser Alignment tool

Excellent tool for aligning pulleys. Very easy to use.
An excellent customer service.
I broke my first tool, request a replacement part, but was sent an entire tool again.
And I must say, the price is right for this little tool.
