After some issues with damage during shipping, Patricia from customer service quickly fixed the problem and got me my missing part in less than a week.
Took 1 person about 1.5 hours to put together. Instructions were fairly clear and the milling on the steel  was great (holes lined up perfectly.) Product seems sturdy  and as described. Satisfied with this company and my product.

Great product as far as price and build time. But the issue I am having is I still have a few hens that will not use it. I only have 20 hems and I installed the nesting box way before they started laying. Most use it but I have 4 to 5 that will not use it. So I’m wondering if I should have went bigger due to the hens not getting along
