Deep Penetrating, Roller Applied Epoxy Overlay for Long Term Protection The CSS System is a medium-build (1/16”-1/8”) chemical-resistant overlay system created by combining 440LV EPOXY with FUMED SILICA. CSS is designed to create a thickened overlay that is roller applied for new or slightly worn, slats, troughs, and floors. The BROADCAST Aggregate is applied to the wet epoxy slurry until the surface looks dry, creating additional wear resistance and non-slip texture. Designed for use on substrates exposed to chemical and physical wear.

440LV EPOXY is a high solids, high build, multi-purpose epoxy coating and binder. Designed to provide sealing, repair, and protection of substrates with excellent adhesion, toughness, chemical and physical resistance. Ideal as a standalone coating or epoxy binder within VANTEK overlay systems
