Chemilizer™

Swine and poultry producers have a long history of success with Chemilizer™ brand medicators. The original diaphragm medicator; Chemilizer’s HN-55, non-piston design allows it to operate in poor water conditions where sand, algae and other contaminates exist. Powered by the existing water supply, the internal motor drives the chemical pump, injecting very precise amounts of solution while by-passing the motor, reducing chances for corrosion and damage.

The Chemilizer can run off of water flows as low as one gallon per hour, and will work with gravity via a water drop of as little as 5 feet (1.5 meters)! The Chemilizer can be ordered as a fixed pump with a ratio such as 1:128 or with an adjustable pump.
